So What Makes The Difference?
What makes the difference is an excellent question that I wished I had asked myself when I first started online. I came from a 13 year career in Real Estate, where I was in charge of training all the new agents and getting them productive with in 3 months.
With this position came great responsibility. I took all the training I could get my hands on, and felt like I knew it all. Oh boy, what a mistake.
